RADTraq allows you to stay on top of all the issues involved with your project. The RADTraq Summary Page shows all of the issues (Traqs) for your project, how many have been resolved, how many are on-hold, and how many are still in progress.

In addition, the Summary Page keeps you informed as to which Traqs have been added or modified since the last time you logged in to RADCentral. Just clicking on the links will instantly show you all the relevent results.

Searching allows you to easily find a Traq you are looking for. You can search by a Traq ID number, a particular project, or even the contents of the Traq.

Easy Navigation
Navigation is easy. You can sort by the entry-date, status, priority, and the last time the Traq was modified. Each heading explains what project the Traqs are related to. Adding a Traq is instant. E-mail notification is sent to our 24-hour support staff.

Keep Traq of Response Times
Know how long each Traq is taking to be resolved. Detailed logs called "Trails" show everything that has been done for a given Traq.



Around the Clock Access
Our staff works around the clock to satisfy your projects. Other companies are only available from 9am-5pm. RADTraq allows you to enter Traqs anytime day or night. Further, for high-priority items our staff can begin work immediately.
